I love book signings. I get to meet new people and learn new things.

A few weeks ago I was at the North Platte Public Library and A to Z Bookstore in North Platte, Nebraska.

You just never know what God has in store for you. Life is a grand adventure and a blessing.

The historic Crowley Cheese Factory was established in 1882 by a creek in Vermont. The place is listed in the National Historic Register and is worth the trip to visit. The cheese is hand-mad and delicious. It is all natural and has no additives or preservatives.

Close to hiking, biking, and lakes, it is the perfect place to stop by during a summer vacation. The factory offers tours and cheese and other items can be purchased from the gift shop.

America’s Stonehenge

There is an interesting place called Stonehenge USA.  It possibly could be the oldest stone constructed site in North America. Whoever built it was knowledgeable in astronomy and stone construction.

America’s Stonehenge is available to tour year-round. It is a fun place to visit the various chambers, and view the artifacts. The site offers hiking and snowshoeing. There are even friendly alpacas to watch. Start in the visitors center and view the short film about the site.

Built by a Native American Culture or a migrant European population? No one knows for sure. A maze of man-made chambers, walls and ceremonial meeting places, America’s Stonehenge is most likely the oldest man-made construction in the United States (over 4000 years old).

Like Stonehenge in England, America's Stonehenge was built by ancient people well versed in astronomy and stone construction. It has been determined that the site is an accurate astronomical calendar. It was, and still can be, used to determine specific solar and lunar events of the year.

Various inscriptions have been found throughout the site including Ogham, Phoenician and Iberian Punic Script. Dr. Barry Fell of Harvard University did extensive work on the inscriptions found at the site. They are detailed in his book America B.C. Click here to learn more.

Belleview Chapel, I will be speaking at the Belleview School, just down the hill from Belleview Chapel. The address is the same. I look forward to

seeing you there. With such an intriguing title, it should be a fun and encouraging evening.

Address: 3455 W. 83rd Ave Westminster, CO 80031
